- Preheat the oven to 350. Separate the cauliflower into small florets. In a large pot of boiling water cook until just tender. Drain and set aside. If using frozen cauliflower just thaw and set aside. Melt the butter in the saucepan. Add the mushrooms, green pepper, onion and crumbled bacon. Sauté for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle in the Xanthan gum. Mix to coat evenly. Gradually stir in the cream, stirring constantly until it thickens. About 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Put half of the cauliflower and all the chicken in a casserole dish and sprinkle with half each of the cheeses. Spoon half the veggies with sauce over the cheese. Put the rest of the cauliflower on top, sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese and pour the rest of the sauce on top. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder and parmesan. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are soft and translucent, 5 to 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Remove from heat. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, and mustard. Transfer mixture to buttered baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes.

- Grease an 9×13″ baking dish with olive oil and set aside. Preheat your oven to 360°F. Place 1½ pounds ground beef, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, ½ teaspoon ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Stir well until combined.
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet. Add the ground beef mixture and cook for about 10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until it browns completely.
- Add the cooked ground beef mixture to your prepared baking dish in an even layer. Spread 3 cups canned or frozen green beans over the beef.
- In a medium bowl, beat 3 eggs. Add ½ cup heavy cream and a pinch of salt. Evenly pour this mixture over the meat and green beans. Spread 1½ cups grated cheddar over the top of the beef and green bean mixture.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve, and enjoy!
