AVOCADO CREAM SAUCE
I like this avocado cream sauce over really smoky grilled chicken and some pasta... It's a really basic easy sauce you can play with based on your own preferences.

Steps:
- Combine avocados, garlic, lime juice, green onions, cilantro, and tarragon in a food processor; puree until smooth.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in avocado puree and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 5 minutes. Add cream and cook until heated through, but not boiling. Season with salt.

CREAMY AVOCADO DIP
Think of this dip as the creamy, tangy cousin to guacamole. The Parmesan may seem out of place, but it's a stand-in for hard-to-find Mexican cheese and is the secret ingredient. Serve it with tortilla chips or veggies, or on the side with grilled chicken or steak.

- Process or blend the avocado, sour cream, Parmesan, lime juice, 1 tablespoon water, cayenne and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Serve right away.
KITCHEN KOUTURE CREAMY AVACODO SAUCE
This sauce is wonderful. It is thick and creamy. You can serve it as an appetizer with chips, taquitos, or my Recipe #487307. Also is great as a topping for tacos. This makes quite a bit and can last up to a week. For best results let it sit overnight before serving, but at my house it seldom lasts that long.
