3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Carefully unroll Crescent Roll Dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  • Lay triangles flat on large nonstick cookie sheet.
  • Spoon Lemon Pie Filling onto each triangle.
  • Carefully roll up Crescent Rolls and bake for approx. 10 minutes or until done.
  • Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar and enjoy.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour. Stir in pecans., Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 2-1/2-in. logs and shape into crescents. Place 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. , Bake at 325° for 20-22 minutes or until set and bottoms are lightly browned. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.

½ cup white sugar
⅛ cup Key lime juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted, or more as needed
2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar, or as needed
½ cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup water, or more as needed
⅛ cup white sugar
3 tablespoons apricot jam
1 lemon, juiced
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, Key lime juice, and vanilla extract in a bowl with an electric mixer.
  • Unroll and lay 1/2 of the can of crescent rolls in the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Unroll and layer remaining crescent rolls over cream cheese. Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and slightly browned, about 25 minutes.
  • While crescents are baking, crush raspberries in a saucepan and add 1/4 cup water, sugar, apricot jam, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Bring to a simmer. Cook until smooth, adding more water as needed.
  • Let crescents cool and serve with sauce.

2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup cold butter
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
OPTIONAL GLAZE:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons 2% milk

Steps:

  • Combine flour and baking powder in a large bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in milk and egg. Divide into three portions; shape each portion into a ball., Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle a third over a pastry board or a surface. Roll one ball into a 12-in. circle; cut into 12 wedges. Roll up from wide edge. Repeat with the remaining dough and cinnamon sugar. Place rolls with point side down on a lightly greased baking sheets; form into crescent shapes. 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Finely grind nuts, flour and salt in processor. Using electric mixer, beat 1/2 cup powdered sugar, butter and vanilla and almond extracts in large bowl until light. Add nut mixture and beat just until blended. Cover; chill until firm, about 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter 2 heavy large baking sheets. For each cookie, roll 1 rounded tablespoonful dough into cylinder; pinch ends to taper. Place in crescent shape on baking sheet. Bake until bottoms of cookies are just golden, about 15 minutes. Transfer baking sheets to racks. Cool cookies. Sift 1/4 cup powdered sugar over. (Can be made 3 days ahead.   • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into eight triangles. Spread with 1 tablespoon butter. Combine nuts and lemon peel; sprinkle over dough. Roll into crescents. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 egg yolk
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup lemon jam
1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup pecans
1 egg white
powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Set oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Unroll one can of the rolls then press into the bottom of prepared baking dish.
  • In a bowl beat egg yolk with cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth and well blended; spread on the crescent roll dough in the pan.
  • Top/spread with a thin layer of lemon jam.
  • Unroll the remaining can of crescent dough then shape into a 13 x 9-inch rectangle, place over the cream cheese filling mixture.
  • Whisk the egg white then brush over the dough, then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Cool in pan then cut into squares.
