- Start by creating a Bowl in your air fryer basket, with foil.
- Spray your foil with olive oil. So that the chips do not end up sticking to it when you are done. I used the foil, like a serving platter, so it would be best to use it only on the bottom of the foil.
- Spread down your chips and then cover with your cheese, scattering them out a bit.
- Air fry for 4 minutes, at 350 degrees F. Check and see if all of the cheese has melted, the exact time is going to depend on your air fryer. So, check constantly.
- Then add your diced tomato, olives, sour cream, guacamole, diced scallions, etc.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!

- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Cook according to the recipe or package instructions.
- In the air fryer basket, layer tortilla chips, cheese, and meat.
- Preheat the air fryer 325 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Place the basket into the air fryer and cook the nachos 3 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Watch carefully they cook fast.
- Top with avocado, tomato, black olives, sour cream, and salsa. Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Press a piece of aluminum foil down into your air fryer to form a flat bottom. Make sure the sides go up the air fryer at least 2 inches (so you can safely remove the nachos after heating). Remove foil from air fryer keeping its form.
- Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees.
- Add chips to the aluminum foil then add salsa, black beans, and lime juice on top. Sprinkle cheese across the top of the nachos.
- Carefully place the nachos inside the air fryer and cook for 1-2 minutes, until cheese is just melted.

- Add one layer of tortilla chips (half of the chips) onto an oven-safe metal pan (I used the bottom part of the cake pan, around 7-8 inches in diameter). Before transferring it to the bottom of the air fryer basket, I like to add two pieces of aluminum foil crisis cross underneath the metal pan. Make sure these are longer strips, enough to pull the pan out of the air fryer later. You can also use just parchment paper instead.
- On top of the tortillas add half of olives, half of green onions, and half of the tomatoes. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese - ½ cup of each. Repeat with all layers.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes (it's quick!) at 320 F until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer basket and top with cilantro and jalapenos.
- Serve with sour cream and lots of salsa.

- Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 3 minutes. Line air fryer basket with foil or a parchment liner, and spray with cooking spray.
- Spread out chips in the fryer basket in a single layer, slightly overlapping chips, so the cheese doesn't melt through. Lightly dust chips with taco seasoning to get a pop of taco flavor, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Don't overcrowd the basket.
- Top cheese with olives and tomatoes and place basket in the air fryer.
- Air-fry until cheese is melted and chips are starting to slightly brown on the edges, 5 to 6 minutes. Watch closely to be sure the cheese doesn't burn. If necessary, add additional time until you reach your preferred crispness.

- Preheat the air fryer at 360 degrees F (182 degrees C) for about 5 minutes. Line the air fryer basket with foil or a parchment liner, and spray with cooking spray.
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 3 minutes; drain grease. Stir in water, taco seasoning, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Remove skillet from heat.
- Set tortilla chips in the basket, spreading them out and overlapping slightly so the melted cheese won't drip through the open gaps. Evenly sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the chips. Only add a couple of layers of chips with cheese in between in the fryer basket, or just add a single layer and cook in batches.
- Evenly distribute ground beef and black beans over the cheese, sprinkle green onions on top, and add spoonfuls of salsa.
- Transfer the basket into the air fryer and cook until cheese is melted and starting to slightly brown on the edges, 4 to 6 minutes. The nachos will cook evenly and quickly but watch closely so they don't burn.
- Remove nachos to a serving plate, garnish with sour cream, and serve immediately. Put extra toppings in small bowls and let everybody customize their nachos.
