LOW FAT ZUCCHINI BROWNIES
Low Fat Brownie made with Zucchini, applesauce and bananas No oil or eggs!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, mashed bananas, and sugar. Add vanilla and cocoa and mix together.
- Then add baking soda, salt, and zucchini and mix together.
- Add flour and walnuts and mix together.
- Spread evenly into a prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes until brownies spring back when gently touched.

- Mix together first four ingredients.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Spread in pan.
- Bake for 40 - 50 min, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

LOW FAT CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BROWNIES
I changed the original recipe ingredients to make them a little healthier. they are chewy and chocolately, with a hint of Zucchini. I use Splenda for the sugar substitute. I don't use any other kind and have no knowledge of how much to use of other substitutes.

- Cream together the zucchini, sugar, salt, applesauce, water, and vanilla. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Prepare a nonstick 9 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Cut a sheet of parchment paper about 9 inches wide, and long enough to form a sling so you can easily remove the brownies once cooked. Place into the baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add the zucchini and egg whites and stir with a spatula. Add the honey and vanilla and stir with the spatula until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool about 30 minutes. Cut into 12 squares and serve.
