1 cup diced mango (150 g)
½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (can sub coconut for dairy-free, 120 g)
½ cup milk (can sub dairy-free, orange juice, or coconut water, 120 mL)

Steps:

  • Prep: Peel and dice the mango, then set on a plate and freeze for about 30 minutes to quickly chill it. (Alternatively, use fully frozen mango pieces).
  • Blend: Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2/3 cup skim milk or 2/3 cup soymilk
1/2 teaspoon sugar or 1/2 teaspoon honey, more to taste

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine frozen mango, milk and sugar.
  • Whirl until mixture is smooth, adding a bit more milk if needed.
  • Serve.
  • To make a larger smoothie or to make more servings, just use equal amounts mango and milk, plus sugar to taste.
