FROZEN MANGO COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a small heavy saucepan, bring the mint, sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Cool to room temperature.
• Strain the mint syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a blender. Press firmly on the mint leaves to release all of the syrup. Add the tequila, lime juice, mango and ice. Blend until pureed.
• Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.

MANGO CASTAWAY

Steps:

• Blend mango, aged rum, coconut rum, milk, and 4 cups ice in a blender until smooth.
• Divide among glasses and garnish as desired.

Steps:

• Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately split between 2 glasses, garnished with a lime wheel and cocktail cherry if desired.
• Cut a notch in a lime wedge, then run the lime around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of salt. Add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, frozen mango, agave and ice to a blender. Blend until frothy and fully combined. Salted rim two glasses.
• In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves. Add the mango nectar, rum, lime juice and simple syrup and fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain the drink into an ice-filled glass. Top off the glass with soda water. If desired, garnish with more mint and a lime wheel. Pitcher variation (8 servings): Add 2 cups mango nectar to this Mojito Pitcher recipe, and garnish with mint and lime wedges.

MANGO FRUIT COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Place the contents of canned pineapple(or fresh pineapple) in a blender and blend till smooth. If you want it really cold, add a few pieces of ice.
• Add the mango and orange juice, blend again till smooth(add the banana here if using).
• Pour drink in a glass. Garnish with a lime slice if desired. Enjoy!

MANGO GUAVA OMBRé COCKTAIL RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Add the mango and water to a blender and blend until smooth.
• Fill 2 highball glasses with ice. Divide the guava nectar and lime juice between the glasses. Add liquor of choice, if using.
• Slowly pour 1 tablespoon of grenadine syrup into each drink and let settle to the bottoms of the glasses.
• Gently spoon ½ cup (120 ml) mango purée on top of each drink.
• Garnish with maraschino cherries and a sprig of mint.
• Enjoy!

MANGO-PASSIONFRUIT MOJITOS

Steps:

• In each of 4 sturdy glasses, muddle 5 mint leaves until they start to break down, a few seconds. In a blender, purée mango, passion-fruit juice, simple syrup, lime juice, and 1/2 cup water. Stir in both rums.
• Fill glasses with ice; top with cocktail. Garnish each glass with passion-fruit seeds (if using) and a mint sprig. Sprinkle ice cubes with a pinch of sea salt; serve.
