Steps:
- Layer the ingredients in order in a 32 ounce quart size wide mouth Mason jar.
- When ready to use, mix ingredients together: Dry milk, cocoa, powdered sugar and chocolate wafers.
- Add 8 ounces freshly-boiled water to ½ cup hot chocolate mix in a heat-proof mug.
- Stir until completely dissolved, add in mini marshmallows, and enjoy!

Steps:
- Using a funnel and four 4-ounce mason jars, layer the ingredients in each jar as follows: 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, a pinch salt, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 2 tablespoons instant dried milk, 1 tablespoon shaved semisweet chocolate and 12 mini marshmallows. Seal the jars.
- To serve: Tip the hot chocolate mix from 1 jar into a mug and top up with 1 cup boiling water. Mix.
CHOCOLATE MASON JARS
Steps:
- Combine the milk, mayonnaise, cream, sugar and coffee in a medium saucepan. Whisking, bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until thickened, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate chips and vanilla, and whisk until the chocolate is fully melted. Divide evenly between six 4-ounce mason jars. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 3 hours. Garnish with berries and serve.

- In a large bowl, combine powdered milk, chocolate pudding mix, chocolate drink mix powder, creamer, confectioners' sugar, and cocoa. Divide the mixture between two 1 quart jars. Seal, and decorate as desired. These can be stored in a dry area for up to 3 months.
- Attach a tag with the following instructions: Hot Cocoa: Dissolve 1/3 cup cocoa mix in 1 cup boiling water.
