- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
- Mix ground beef, soup, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Scoop mixture evenly into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven to a minimum temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). If desired, remove from oven after 50 minutes, drizzle ketchup on the top of each muffin, and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup ketchup with the remaining ingredients until well combined. Divide mixture among 6 cups of a 12-cup (4 ounce) muffin tin, spacing them evenly and gently compressing and mounding the tops. Brush tops with remaining 1/4 cup ketchup.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray muffin pan and set aside.
- Combine the meat, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in a large bowl. Mix just until combined. Don't overmix or the meat won't be as tender.
- Divide the meat evenly into the muffin pan and press down.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and/or BBQ sauce and brown sugar. Set aside.
- Bake meatloaf for 15 minutes. Then remove from oven and absorb any extra grease with a fork and paper towel. Then pour sauce over the meat evenly. Add pepper on top if desired. Then bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until the center reaches 160°F.
- Serve while warm with potatoes and green beans.

- Preheat the oven to 400° and spray a 12 count muffin tin with baking/olive oil spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat saute the 1 diced onions and 3 chopped garlic cloves until softened, about 5-8 minutes.Remove from the heat and stir in the 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp tomato paste, and 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary.
- In a large bowl add the 2 lbs. ground beef, 1 cup panko bread crumbs, 1/3 cup milk, 2 lightly beaten eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and the sauteed onion mixture.With clean hands lightly mix the ingredients together. Only mix just until it comes together, over mixing will create tough meatloaf!
- With a 1/3 cup measuring cup portion out the meatloaf mixture into the prepared 12 cup muffin tin.
- Top each individual meatloafs with 1 tbsp ketchup.
- Place the muffin tin on top of a baking sheet to catch any spill-overs in the oven!
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes until the center of the meatloaf reaches 160°.
- Let rest for a few minutes and then serve!

- In a large bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard and mix well. Remove 4 tablespoons of this mixture and reserve for later for the top of the loaves. To the mixture in the bowl, add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, garlic, egg, milk and ground black pepper and mix together well.
- Stir in the wheat cereal squares and let stand for 5 minutes. Then break up the cereal squares and add the ground beef, mixing well. Shape the mixture into the mini loaf pans you've decided to use.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Heat the oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray or grease with shortening or melted butter.
