Steps:
- Wash the produce thoroughly.
- Remove the watermelon rind and cut into cubes; weigh the produce. Cut the lime into fifths (leaving the skin on).
- If you have a juice press, place both the watermelon and the lime directly into the press. If you don't have a juice press, peel the lime and juice both the watermelon and the lime with the rest of the ingredients.
- Grind remaining ingredients together and press.

- Instructions Wash all the fruit. Cut the watermelon straight through the middle to use one half, save the other half for another time. Remove the skin and cut the watermelon into chunky cubes. Push the watermelon meat through the juicer together with the mint. Remove the lime skin and push the fruit through the juicer. Alternatively, cut the lime in half, crosswise and use a fork or citrus juicer to extract the juice and pour into the watermelon juice. Give the juice a good mix and serve immediately.
