Mrs Kays Potato Salad Duck Dynasty Recipes
DUCK DYNASTY'S MEATLOAF
This tasty meatloaf is seasoned just right. It makes 2 loaves. Great for a large gathering. Serve with mashed potatoes and a side salad.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 375.
- 2. In large bowl, mix together (with your hands) meat, celery, onion, garlic, green pepper, eggs, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, tomato paste, milk, and 2 cups crushed crackers. Divide between 2 (9x5) loaf pans. Spread tomato sauce on top of each loaf. Sprinkle remaining crushed crackers on top of sauce. Top the loaves with bacon.
- 3. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes, until set and the juices run clear when poked with a fork. Let cool a little before slicing.

Steps:
- boil potatoes in water until soft (knife should insert easily into potato) . Rinse in cold water to cool them . Remove the skin and chop into medium chunks . Chop hard boiled eggs into small pieces. Add sweet relish , Dill relish , Yellow mustard , Mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste . Mix everything in a large bowl . Best if served warm .

This recipe is enough for 2 (9 inch) sweet potato pies. 1.) Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.) To get 3 cups of mashed potatoes, boil about 2 1/4 pounds of whole sweet potatoes with the skin on for about 40 minutes, until they are soft. Drain, let cool until you can handle them, and remove the skin. Mix the potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
