Steps:

• 1. For the crust: mix together all the crust ingredients listed. Press evenly into a 9x13 baking dish. For the filling: mix together all the ingredients listed. Spread evenly over the crust. • Add eggs and almond extract and beat on low speed until well combined.
• Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into a mixing bowl, on low speed beat it into the butter mixture, stopping the mixer once to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
• Stir in almonds, craisins, and white-chocolate chips.
• Drop by large tablespoonfuls onto a prepared cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
• Flatten slightly, bake for 20 minutes until golden.

• Heat oven to 375 degrees.

• Drop by large spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes; 10 to 12 for crispier cookie.

Steps:

• Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder.
• Cream the butter and both sugars.
• Add eggs and vanilla.
• Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda.
• Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey Bar and nuts.
• Roll into 1 inch balls and place 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10 minutes at 375° or until golden.

• In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and espresso powder; stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.
• Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Cookies should be 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart. You should have 12 to 15 large cookies.
• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. For crispier cookies, bake 2 minutes longer. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
