- Wash the potatoes and poke holes with a fork on both sides of the potato. I usually do about 3 pokes with the fork on each side. Spritz the potato skin with oil of choice. Place the coarse sea salt on a plate and roll each potato in it.
- Place the potatoes in the crisping basket or on the crisping plate and select the air crisp function on 400°F-450°F (varies with air fryer). Set the time for 45 minutes. You don't need to flip the potato, but can halfway through the cooking time if desired.
- When the 45 minutes is up, the internal temperature should be around 210°F/99℃ which is the perfect temp for a potato. If it hasn't reached that temp yet, you can AC longer.
- Immediately after you remove the potatoes from the basket, cut a slit or two in the top to release the steam if you want to keep your skin crispy.

- Pour 1 cup water into Ninja Foodi. Place a trivet into Ninja Foodi. If you don’t have a trivet you can use a steamer basket that has very short feet on it. You want to raise the potatoes just enough so that they are not sitting in the water.
- Place the potatoes onto the trivet. Lay the potatoes down across the trivet. You should be able to fit 3-6 potatoes in one layer, depending on the size of the potato. If you are cooking a lot of baked potatoes you can stack them on top of each other.
- Close lid. Turn valve to “seal” and cook on high pressure for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. (See cooking chart.) When timer beeps, naturally release pressure for 10 minutes and then quick release remaining pressure. Remove lid and enjoy with butter and salt!

- Ninja Foodi Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal. Nothing beats a cozy breakfast to warm you on a cold winter morning. This apple cinnamon oatmeal is a delicious and healthy way to start your day!
- Ninja Foodi Rice. As a big rice eater, I love how the Ninja Foodi can cook any type of rice in just a few minutes. Rice sometimes gets a bad rap among weight watchers for being high in carbs.
- Ninja Foodi Fried Green Tomatoes. As much as I love fried green tomatoes, the insane volume of oil used in cooking them is a turnoff. With the Ninja Foodi, though, the problem is solved!
- Ninja Foodi Baked Potatoes. While you can always rely on the oven to bake potatoes, we all know how long it takes! Fortunately, with the Ninja Foodi, though, the baking time is cut in half.
- Ninja Foodi Mexican Rice. While I do love classic steamed rice, I won’t say no to a fun and flavorful twist, either. Whenever I’m in the mood for a jazzed-up rice dish, I always turn to Mexican rice.
- Ninja Foodi Veggie Pot Pie. Is there anything more comforting than a hearty pot pie? I don’t think so! It’s the first thing my taste buds crave whenever it gets chilly.
- Ninja Foodi Corn on the Cob. While it’s very basic, a simple snack of corn on the cob never disappoints. Just picturing those golden kernels smothered with butter makes my mouth water.
- Sweet Potato Fries. Fries are great, but to me, sweet potato fries are greater. Don’t be mad, I’m just really a huge fan of the sweet-n-salty flavor combo.
- Rice Pudding. Yep, the Ninja Foodi makes desserts, too! If you haven’t gotten one yet, I hope this recipe convinces you. This rice pudding is wonderfully sweet, insanely creamy, and just downright delicious.
- Ninja Foodi Cauliflower. Cauliflower steaks, anyone? If your kid isn’t a fan, this recipe will make them one. We all know cauliflower ranks very low on any child’s food list.
