Steps:
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave. I suggest you put them in at 75% power and stir every 30 seconds until melted. I always do this in batches. I melt a batch for the hats and then one for the beards. Dip one end of each cookie in the white chocolate then cover with red sugar. Set aside to cool. Once cool, dip the edge of the other end in the white chocolate to make the beard. Using the white chocolate, place two mini chocolate chips for the eyes, a red hot for the nose, and add a drop for the pom-pom on the end of the hat. Let cool and you're ready to go!

Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth., Dip one end of each cookie into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place on wire racks. For Santa's hat, sprinkle red sugar on top part of chocolate. Press one vanilla chip off-center on hat for pompom; let stand until set., Dip other end of each cookie into melted chocolate for beard, leaving center of cookie uncovered. Place on wire racks. With a dab of melted chocolate, attach semisweet chips for eyes and a Red Hot for nose. Place on waxed paper until set.

These are a super easy and very cute cookie for Christmas. Most everyone loves the Nutter Butter cookie too. I love trying to find festive looking cookies for the holidays and this was one of them. It is adorable. I hope you enjoy and if the kids help I hope they have fun too.

Steps:
- Melt your chocolate down in a double boiler or in the microwave. Dip the top and bottom of the cookie into the white chocolate.
- Sprinkle the red sprinkles on the top part of the hat; don't go all the way down but just half way so to leave a rim on the hat. Place a silver bead in the hat.
- Put three small dots of white chocolate on the cookie. 2 for the eyes and one for the nose. Place your eyes and mini red hot candy for the nose. Let dry and enjoy.
