Steps:
- To make the chamomile rinse, bring the quart of water to a boil. Arrange the chamomile tea bags in a bowl pour the boiling water over the bags and let the tea steep and cool down to lukewarm.
- While the rinse is cooling down make the mask. Put oatmeal in a blender and grind until it is a fine powder. Transfer the oatmeal powder to a small bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Using your finger tips apply the mixture to your face, avoiding your eyelids and the tender skin under your eyes. Keep the mask on for 15 minutes, just relax and read or let yourself stare at the wall, you need the break. After the 15 minutes, double check that the chamomile tea rinse is not to hot, be careful you're going to put this on your face, you want it to be lukewarm. Rinse face with the chamomile tea.
QUICK OATMEAL PANCAKES
My husband used to not like pancakes and absolutely hate pancake syrup until I had him try the oatmeal pancake with mango or blueberry sauce. Now he regularly asks me to make some for breakfast. Serve warm with your favorite syrup or sauce.

- Start the night before by combining the Oats and Buttermilk letting them soak overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning add into your buttermilk oatmeal mixture your eggs and butter stirring until blended. In another bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Take the dry ingredients that you just mixed together and stir into the wet ingredients until moistened.
- If you feel the batter is too thick you can add in a little more buttermilk to thin it out a bit but honestly I’ve never had to do this as the batter always turns out perfectly.
- Proceed to make your pancakes as you normally would over a medium heated pan and serve these perfect oatmeal pancakes with your favorite toppings. Our house is split in this department with some saying syrup is the best and others going for my homemade jams. Super serious: try jam on a pancake. It's awesome.
