ORANGE CREAMSICLE FLOAT
This updated version of the classic Philadelphia float is flavored with mandarin oranges and a dash of vanilla for a simple, fuss-free dessert.

Steps:
- Remove the rind from the oranges. Supreme the oranges into a small bowl and squeeze the juice from the membrane over them. Stir in the vanilla.
- Transfer oranges and juice to a tall glass. Add the ice cream to the glass. Top off with the club soda. Stir once and serve immediately with a tall spoon.

- Instructions Pour a couple tablespoons of the Jones soda into four serving glasses. Add one scoop of Heinen's vanilla non-dairy frozen dessert to each glass. Pour a few more tablespoons of soda over the ice cream. Repeat steps 1-3 one more time. Top with non-dairy almond milk whipped cream and garnish with an orange slice, if desired.

- In a bowl, beat the cream with a whisk until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the honey and vanilla extract and continue beating until firm peaks form.
- Combine the egg whites mixture to the cream and add the orange juice and orange zest.
- Using a popsicle mold or wax paper cups, fill the molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer overnight and serve.

- Place two scoops of ice cream in each of four frosty pint glasses. Divide the orange concentrate between the glasses, and top each with 1/2 cup cream soda, stirring to combine. Finish the floats with a nice dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of orange zest.
