1 tablespoon vegetable oil
500 g chicken
2 onions
2 garlic cloves, peeled & crushed
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 inch gingerroot, peeled & grated
1 green chili pepper, chopped
4 cardamom pods, crushed
500 g passata
4 cloves
salt
400 g mango chutney

Steps:

  • 1.Heat the oil and cook the onions until soft.
  • 2.Add the Garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 3.Stir in the spices and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4.Stir in the pasata.
  • 5.Add salt.
  • 6.Blast with blender till smooth.
  • 7.Add chicken cook till browned.
  • 8.lastley add 400g Mango chutney.
  • 9. taste & serve with rice/chips WOO WOO.
