2 cups milk
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
½ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)

Steps:

  • Peel the bananas and slice into a 1-inch circle.
  • Spread the sliced bananas on a wide plate and freeze.
  • Place all the ingredients - bananas, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth-about 30 seconds.
  • Serve and enjoy.

1/2 cup non-dairy milk of your choice
1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips or chocolate chunks for topping
sea salt flakes

Steps:

  • Let the frozen banana coins thaw slightly on the counter so that they will be easier to blend.
  • Place the banana coins, peanut butter, and non-dairy milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a bit more milk if mixture is too thick.
  • Pour milkshakes into two glasses.
  • Top with dairy free chocolate chips and sea salt flakes. Enjoy!
