PEANUT BUTTER BANANA DOG TREATS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat, set aside.
• Add oats to the bowl of a food processor.
• Let machine run for 2 - 3 minutes, until oats are almost flour consistency with a few big pieces left.
• Add peanut butter, banana and egg to food processor.
• Mix until dough looks uniform. *If dough seems a bit dry, add a tablespoon or two of water and blend until desired consistency.
• Turn the dough out onto the countertop.
• If the dough is too sticky to work with - sprinkle the countertop with a tablespoon or two of flour, and work some of the flour from the counter into the dough until it is no longer sticky.
• Roll the dough out to roughly 1/8" thick.
• Cut treats out with cookie cutter and place on baking sheet. Bake for 16 - 18 minutes, rotate trays halfway through.
• Cool completely before giving to your dog.

3-INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER BANANA DOG TREATS

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Blitz the old-Fashioned rolled oats in a blender until you have a fine flour, or, alternatively, use oat flour instead. Set aside.
• In a large mixing bowl, smash the peanut butter and ripe banana. And the oat flour and smash with a fork until the dough is thick and well combined. If it's crumbly, add 2-4 Tablespoons more peanut butter and recombine. You want the dough to be firm, sticky, and pliable
• Roll dough into a thin slab, about ~1/4 inch thick, and cut into shapes with a cookie cookie. Alternatively, you can roll them into ~1 Tablespoon balls and flatten with your hands for a simple circular cookie.
• Bake for ~15 minutes until lightly brown underneath. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before sampling or sharing with your pup!
• Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
• Mash the bananas in a large bown
• Add the peanut butter to the bananas and mix well.
• Add the baking powder, flour and water and mix well.
• Use a rolling pin to roll out the mixture until it is about 1/4" thick and then cut out the treat shapes using your cookie cutter.
• Line a baking pan with parchment paper (or spray with non-stick spray). Then bake the treats for 10 minutes, flip the treats and then bake for another 10-15 minutes.
• Let treats cool before serving.
