5 cups popped white popcorn (from 6-oz bag)
8 Nature Valley™ oats 'n honey crunchy granola bars (4 pouches from 8.94-oz box), broken into pieces
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (9 oz)

Steps:

Line 2 large rimmed pans with cooking parchment paper. Divide popcorn, granola bar pieces and marshmallows between pans. Spread evenly.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Heat another 15 to 30 seconds on High; stir until smooth and fully melted. Spoon and drizzle melted chocolate evenly over popcorn mixture.
Refrigerate mixture on pans 20 to 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Break into pieces; toss to combine.

Season and bake up a mixture of pork rinds, tortilla chips, corn nuts and honey-roasted peanuts for an irresistible combo.

Ingredients

7 cups pork rinds, broken into bite-size pieces (about 3 ounces)
6 cups lime-flavored tortilla chips, broken into bite-size pieces (about 6 ounces)
1 1/2 cups corn nuts
1 1/2 cups honey-roasted peanuts
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
Zest of 2 limes plus juice of 1 lime
Kosher salt

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Toss the pork rinds, tortilla chips, corn nuts and peanuts together in a large bowl. Whisk the Worcestershire, chili powder, chipotle, lime zest and juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a separate small bowl. Pour the sauce over the snack mix and toss to coat well.
Spread the mix in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted and almost completely dry, about 10 minutes. Let cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
