PHILLY CREAM CHEESE POTATO CHIP DIP
This would be a request for my last meal. The recipe has been in the family for over 60 years and is a staple at get togethers. It's humble beginnings began during my parent's poker night.

Steps:
- Soften the cream cheese.
- Wash, trim the scallions and mince finely.
- Peel and finely mince the garlic.
- Add the cream cheese, scallions, and garlic together in a medium bowl.
- Dissolve the beef bullion in the hot water.
- Using an electric beater, mix the first three ingedients together in the bowl.
- Add bullion slowly while beating until a good dipping consistency is reached.
- Refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled.

PICKLE DIP
Awesome homemade dip recipe served best with potato chips. Simple to make and simply wonderful to consume. Feel free to adjust ingredients to personal tastes. If you love pickles, you will never buy a store-bought dip again. Serve cold or at room temperature with potato chips.

- In blender or food processor add cream cheese, onion, horseradish, garlic powder (to taste) and chives. Start to blend adding milk in small amounts until desired consistency. Add additional horseradish and garlic as desired. Chill a minimum of two hours before serving or over night.
