⅓ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound boneless pork loin chops, pounded thin
3 tablespoons butter
¼ cup olive oil
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup Marsala wine

Steps:

  • Mix flour, salt ,garlic salt, garlic powder, and oregano together in a medium bowl. Add pork chops, and toss until well coated.
  • Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place pork in skillet in a single layer, and cook, turning occasionally, until brown on both sides. Add mushrooms and minced garlic; cook and stir briefly.
  • Stir in wine, scraping the skillet to loosen any brown bits. Cover and simmer over medium heat until pork is tender and sauce is thickened, about 15 minutes. If sauce is too thick, adjust by stirring in a small amount of wine.

1 1/2 lbs Smithfield® All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
1 Tbs EVOO
1 Tbs freshly chopped Thyme
1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
3 Tbs Butter
4 cloves minced Garlic
1 finely chopped Shallot
8 oz sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
1/2 cup Marsala Wine
1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Steps:

  • Rub Thyme and Pepper on both sides of Smithfield® All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
  • Add EVOO to a large skillet and heat over med/high heat
  • When oil is shimmering add Pork Chops to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes each side
  • Place Pork Chops in Slow Cooker
  • Add Butter to skillet along with the Garlic and Shallots
  • Sauté 1-2 minutes
  • Add in Mushrooms and sauté 2-3 minutes
  • Add Marsala Wine and cook until reduced, about 2-3 minutes
  • Pour the mixture from the skillet over the Pork Chops
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours
  • Stir in Heavy Cream and cook additional 10-15 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy!

6 pork chops (4 ounce size)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 package (4 ounce size) sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (10.75 ounce size) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Marsala wine

Steps:

  • Stir together the flour, rosemary, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge the pork chops in the seasoned flour, shake off excess, and set aside. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Place the onion, mushrooms, and garlic into a slow cooker. Add the seared pork chops, then pour in the cream of mushroom soup and Marsala wine. Cover, and cook on Low until the chops are tender, 6 to 8 hours.

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
3 medium onions, thinly sliced
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 tablespoon Marsala wine or chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Hot cooked egg noodles

  • Place bread crumbs in a large resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops, one at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, cook chops in 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°. 1/3 cup minced shallot (about 2)
2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup marsala wine or 1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place a 1/4 cup flour in a shallow dish. Dredge pork in flour. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove pork from pan.
  • Add shallots, garlic, and mushroooms to pan; saute 3 minutes or until moisture evaporates. Add remaining 2 tblsp. flour and thyme to pan and cook for 1 minute, stirring well. Combine chicken broth and Marsala, stirring until smooth. Gradually add broth mixture to pan, stirring constantly with a whisk; bring to a boil. 2-4 pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 minced garlic cloves
1 yellow or red onion cut into rings
1 box of crimini mushrooms left whole, stems removed
3/4 cup sweet Marsala wine
3/4 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
fresh thyme and parsley

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper, add to a heated skillet with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, remove when brown. Add remaining oil and butter, brown your garlic and onion rings, remove. Add mushrooms and saute till all juices evaporate then add Marsala, deglaze pan and reduce by half. Add broth and a couple sprigs of thyme and let that reduce. Add chops and all juices back in the pan along with the mascarpone cheese, whisk in until melted, then cover and simmer until chops are cooked through and sauce has thickened. Garnish with chopped parsley and thyme.

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
8 center cut boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch long green onion, chopped
8 button mushrooms, sliced
8 baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces fresh porcini mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup dry marsala wine
1 cup beef broth or 1 cup stock
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup fresh parsley

Steps:

  • In a small bowl mix the parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and thyme.
  • In another bowl beat the eggs and the milk together.
  • Dredge the chops in the egg then the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Fry the chops in the oil and butter until done, around 5 minutes on each side.
  • Set the chops aside and keep warm while making the sauce.
  • Sauté the chopped onions and mushrooms for 3 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in the flour then add the Marsala and beef stock.
  • Cook until slightly thickened.
  • Season with a little more salt and pepper.
  • Plate the Pork Chops Marsala and top with the mushroom sauce and garnish with parsley.
