Ingredients: heavy whipping cream,parmesan cheese,sea salt,fresh ground pepper,yukon gold potatoes,cooking oil


  1. thinnly slice potatoes with a mandolin
  2. place in bowl and pour heavy cream over potatoes
  3. preheat oven to 375
  4. line a baking pan with foil
  5. layer potatoes
  6. salt & peper and grate parmesan cheese over each layer
  7. pour remaining cream over potatoes
  8. top with a buttersheet of aluminum foil and bricks
  9. bake for one hour
  10. cool & trim edges , cut to serving size
  11. heat a saute pan with oil and saute each pave until golden brown turning once
