1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup inexpensive hickory smoked barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Tabasco Chipotle Sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chili pepper
3 or 4 drops Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl and stir well.
  • The sauce is better if you allow it to rest 1 hour before serving.

1 cup mayonnaise, use Best Foods brand
1 cup barbecue sauce, use Hickory and Brown Sugar Sweet Baby Ray's brand
1/2 teaspoon dried chipotle powder

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
  • Refrigerate to blend flavors and then serve as a dipping sauce for french fries or other foods you like.
  • NOTE: if you cannot find the "Best Foods" mayonnaise brand, you can use any other mayonnaise you like. And for the barbecue sauce of "Hickory and Brown Sugar Sweet Baby Ray's" brand, you can use "Heinz" Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce, or any other similar sauce instead.

3 Cloves of garlic, ((minced))
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a food processor, combine sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped and well combined.
  • Pour the sauce into a jar or container and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Enjoy this delicious and easy bistro sauce with your next meal!
