10-12 regular size Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (chopped)

Steps:

1. Bring sugar, milk, cocoa powder and butter to a boil in a medium saucepan. Cook for 1 minute and remove from heat. 2. Stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla until completely combined. Stir in Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. 3. On waxed paper, drop mixture by spoonfuls. Let cool until hardened.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 lb confectioners' sugar (3 to 3 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup butter, melted
1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips

Steps:

Combine graham crumbs, sugar and peanut butter and mix well.
Blend in melted butter until well combined.
Press mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave or in double boiler.
Spread over peanut butter mixture.
Chill until just set and cut into bars (these are very hard to cut if the chocolate gets "rock hard".

Steps:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together until well blended.
Form this mixture into one-inch balls and arrange on a greased cookie sheet.
Press a Hershey's kiss or chocolate star into the top of each cookie, flattening the cookie as you do so. Cracks will appear around the edges of the cookies, but this is all right.
Bake in your preheated oven for 5 minutes only.
