RO*TEL CHEESEBURGER SPAGHETTI

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic. Add the Ro*Tel tomatoes.
- Cook the linguine for about 6 minutes, it will finish cooking when it is baked. Rinse well in a strainer.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour. Add the milk and whisk until thickened. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine the ground beef, linguine and cheese sauce together. Add the cilantro. Stir in the jalapenos. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until it starts to bubble and brown. If you made this ahead and it is coming from the refrigerator it will take 45 minutes to bake.

COWBOY SPAGHETTI
Cowboy Spaghetti is a hearty pasta recipe loaded with bacon, ground beef, Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, tomato sauce, bbq sauce, shredded cheese and chopped green onions.

Steps:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
- Drain and set aside.
- While the spaghetti is cooking chop up the bacon.
- Place the chopped bacon in a large oven safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the bacon until it is crispy.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked bacon pieces to a paper towel lined plate.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet with the bacon grease.
- Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
- Cook the ground beef until no pink remains.
- Drain all of the grease from the pan.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Add the diced onions and garlic puree to the pan with the ground beef.
- Stir well and allow the onions to cook for a few minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and bbq sauce to the pan.
- Stir well.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Stir well again.
- Add the Rotel to the pan.
- Add half of the cooked bacon pieces to the pan.
- Stir well.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan.
- Stir until all of the spaghetti is coated in the sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the spaghetti.
- Sprinkle the remaining cooked bacon pieces on top of the cheese.
- Place the skillet under the broiler for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
- Once the cheese is melted remove the skillet from the oven.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top.
- Serve and enjoy.

CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, brown onion in the ground beef until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in seasoned salt.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, beef mixture, soup, milk, 2 cups cheese, mustard, Worcestershire, ¼ cup BBQ sauce, diced tomatoes, & steak spice.
- Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese, sesame seeds, bacon bits, and drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
