1 can (7-1/2 ounces) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, salmon, cheddar cheese and pickle relish. Serve with crackers or bread.

1 tablespoon mayonnaise
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon seafood seasoning
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
6 ounces flaked smoked salmon

Steps:

  • Stir together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, seafood seasoning, pepper, and dill in a bowl until evenly blended and no lumps of cream cheese remain. Gently fold in the flaked salmon until incorporated. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

1/4 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch pepper

Steps:

  • Blend salmon and cream cheese together in a bowl.
  • Stir in sour cream, green onion, dill, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly.
