6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
1 bottle (14 ounces) ketchup
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, undrained
Hot cooked rice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Place chicken in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, soup, green pepper, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard; stir in pineapple. Pour over chicken., Bake, uncovered, 25-35 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165°. Serve with rice. Freeze option: Freeze cooled chicken mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through slowly in a covered skillet until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°, stirring occasionally.

1/3 cup A.1. Original Sauce
10 ounces rib eye steaks, cooked to medium rare, rested and sliced into 1-inch, pieces
1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
6 ounces goat cheese
1 large egg
6 slices swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425*.
  • Toss the ribeye with the A1 sauce and set aside.
  • Stir together the mayo, goat cheese, egg, spinach, and mustard. Spread into the bottom of a 3 quart baking dish.
  • Layer the A1 ribeye over the spinach mixture and top with the sliced swiss cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with French bread or hearty chips.

1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add peppers and onions to skillet; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes and A.1.
  • Return chicken to skillet; simmer 3 to 4 min. or until heated through. Serve topped with sauce and parsley.

¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ cup corn oil
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
10 chicken leg quarters

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Stir together lemon juice, corn syrup, soy sauce, salt, ginger, and corn oil in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the crushed pineapple with its liquid. Place the chicken legs in an ovenproof glass baking dish, and pour sauce over top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn the chicken over, and continue cooking until the chicken is tender, and no longer pink, about 20 minutes. Baste with sauce frequently while baking.
