Sausage Ranch Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole Recipes

TATER TOT SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
• Remove the casing from the Breakfast Sausage (12 ounce). In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sausage and cook halfway through, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain fat if necessary.
• Whisk together Egg (8), Whole Milk (1 cup), Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and Onion Powder (1 teaspoon).
• In a large bowl, toss together Frozen Tater Tots (32 ounce), sausage and Cheddar Cheese (8 ounce). Pour into baking dish. Pour the egg mixture all over. Sprinkle more cheese if you wish.
• Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes, or until eggs are set.

TATER TOT® BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage and onion in the hot skillet until sausage is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and cool.
• Meanwhile, whisk milk, eggs, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper together in a bowl.
• Spread sausage mixture over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the top. Layer with 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese and all of the potato nuggets. Cover with aluminum foil.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until melted, about 20 minutes more. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

TATER TOT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Line up the tater tots in a buttered 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
• Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and onion and cook, breaking the sausage up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly, then sprinkle it over the tater tots.
• In a large bowl, mix the milk, half-and-half, seasoned salt, cayenne, eggs, bell peppers, half of both cheeses and some salt and pepper. Pour over the tots and sausage mixture, then top with the rest of the cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• Bake, covered, for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake until the cheese is brown and bubbly and the casserole is cooked through, another 20 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.

TATER TOT® AND BACON BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels.
• Spread bacon into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to cover. Spread potato nuggets over the bacon.
• Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; pour over the layer of potato nuggets. Top with Cheddar cheese.
• Bake in the preheated oven until hot in the center, about 1 hour.

RANCH TATER TOT BAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Season with salt and pepper. , Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Top with potatoes. Combine soup, milk and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 30-40 minutes.
