Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix all the meatloaf ingredients until well blended, then press this mixture into an ungreased 9 1/2 inch deep dish glass pie plate.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix all the topping ingredients well.
- After the 35 minutes remove meatloaf from the oven, and pour topping on the meatloaf, spreading evenly.
- Return the meatloaf to oven, and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in center, and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add sausage and onions; cook 6 to 8 min. or until sausage is evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Simmer on low heat 5 min. or until sausage is done, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp, pepper and remaining dressing; mix well. Simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add zucchini, tomatoes, chicken broth and ketchup; mix well. Cover; simmer 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetable mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain spaghetti. Add to sausage mixture along with the cheese; mix lightly. Sprinkle with parsley.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the ground beef, ground turkey, zucchini, onions, green bell pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, and ranch dressing mix until well combined. Form the mixture into a loaf in the middle of the prepared baking dish.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion, green onions, carrot, celery, and garlic until fragrant, about 5 minutes. - Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise and spoon out the seeds, being careful not to go through to the skin. Place zucchini guts in a bowl; mix in diced tomatoes, white onion, and green pepper.
