SHEET PAN CHEESY BEEF NACHOS
Perfect for game day, these cheesy beef sheet pan nachos can feed a crowd. Tortilla chips topped with seasoned ground beef, corn, peppers, jalapenos and cheese and baked until crispy and melted. Topped with sour cream, avocado and cilantro.

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Spread the tortilla chips out into one layer on a baking sheet. Top with desired toppings and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.

This easy Sheet Pan Nacho recipe layers crispy tortilla chips with beef, beans, and cheese and is loaded with all your favorite nacho toppings.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425˚F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- In a large skillet, add olive oil and set over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up the beef with a fork, for 5 to 7 minutes, or until only some pink remains. Add chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, or until cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Scatter tortilla chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Top with beef, black beans and cheddar cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, then distribute the salsa and sour cream evenly on top of the nachos. Scatter scallions and jalapeño slices (if using), and avocado on top. Serve with fresh lime wedges on the side, and squeeze lime juice on top right before enjoying.

- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in water, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out tortilla chips on the sheet pan. Top with ground beef mixture. Cover with olives, jalapeno slices, and Cheddar cheese.
- Broil until cheese is bubbly and golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and salsa for dipping.
