PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE SWIRL BARK

Steps:

• Line baking sheet with waxed paper. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave semisweet chocolate on HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until melted. In another medium microwavable bowl, microwave white baking and peanut butter on HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until melted. Pour chocolate onto prepared baking sheet spreading with spatula to create a smooth layer. Drizzle peanut butter mixture over chocolate layer. With knife, cut through both mixtures to swirl for marbled design. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces.

SKIPPY® CLASSIC PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. In large bowl, beat together peanut butter spread and butter with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in granulated and brown sugars, eggs and vanilla until blended. Beat in flour mixture just until blended. (Refrigerate dough until easy to handle, if needed.) Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Arrange cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Gently flatten each cookie; press crisscross pattern into tops with fork dipped in sugar. Bake cookies 12 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container.

PEANUT BUTTER BARS IV

Steps:

• Mix peanut butter, butter or margarine, and sugars until creamy. Stir in vanilla. Beat in eggs. Mix in flour. Stir in 3/4c chocolate chips. Spread dough into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven, and sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes and spread. Cool, and cut into bars.

PEANUT BUTTER LOAF

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x4 inch baking pan.
• Sift together flour, soda and salt. In a large bowl, cream sugar and peanut butter together. Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour and milk alternately, beating until smooth after each addition. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
• Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until well browned. Remove from the pan to cool. Store in a covered container.
