1 tsp garlic, crushed
1 tsp ginger, crushed
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup beef stock
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water

Steps:

  • In a frypan over high heat, lightly brown the beef, then put to the side.
  • Next, in a slow cooker, add garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, beef stock, rice wine vinegar, and black pepper.
  • Next, gently mix in the sliced beef strips.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  • To thicken the sauce, mix the cornstarch and water together. Gently stir into the teriyaki beef mixture.
  • Cook on high for 15 minutes.
  • Serve & Enjoy.

2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ Cup Soy sauce
½ Cup Ketchup
½ Cup Honey
½ Cup Teriyaki Sauce
12 Ounces Broccoli
12 Ounces Cauliflower
1 ½ Cups Uncooked Long-Grain White Rice (or Brown Rice)
3 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (Optional)
2 Green Onions (sliced thin)

Steps:

  • In 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, mix steak, ketchup, honey, and the teriyaki sauce. In a small bowl, stir the cornstarch and soy sauce until well combined and pour the cornstarch mixture over the steak mixture.
  • Cover; cook on Low heat setting about 6 hours.
  • Add the vegetables near the end of cooking. Increase heat setting to high. If using frozen vegetables, add those 2 hours before serving. If using thawed vegetables, they can be added 30 minutes before serving. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Meanwhile, cook rice in 3 cups water as directed on package. Serve beef with rice. Sprinkle on sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions as a garnish, optional.

1-1/2 cups fresh baby carrots
1 medium green pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 medium yellow onion, quartered
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 2 pounds)
2 tablespoons canola oil
8 ounces medium fresh mushrooms, cut into thick slices
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon beef base
1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 to 3 green onions (green portion only), thinly sliced

  • Remove fat from beef. In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, place beef. Top with onion. In small bowl, mix teriyaki glaze and orange peel; pour over beef and onion.
