2 cups chilled club soda
1 1/2 cups chilled apple juice or cider
10 to 12 dashes Angostura bitters

Steps:

In a pitcher, combine club soda, apple juice or cider, and Angostura bitters. Serve over ice, garnished with mint sprigs if desired.

1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco, chilled
12 ounces Aperol, such as Barbieri
San Pellegrino or other sparkling water, chilled
6 half-round slices of orange or blood orange

Steps:

For each drink, fill a 14- to 16-ounce tumbler three-quarters full with ice. Fill each glass two-thirds full with Prosecco, add 2 ounces of the Aperol, a splash of San Pellegrino, and an orange slice, and stir. Serve ice cold.

1 ounce apple juice or apple cider
1 ounce granny smith apple syrup (I used Monin (find it on Amazon*))
4 ounces apple schnapps or pucker

1 ounce granny smith apple syrup (I used Monin (find it on Amazon*))
3 cups vodka
2 cups apple schnapps or apple pucker
1 cup apple juice or apple cider

Steps:

Pour 3 ounces vodka, 2 ounces apple pucker, 1 ounce apple juice and 1 ounce granny smith apple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Add a few cubes of ice.
Put the lid on the shaker and shake well.
Pour the mixture into martini glasses.

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
lemon wedge
crushed ice
1 cup sour apple, cocktail mix
4 cups club soda

Steps:

Combine sugar, cinnamon and coarse salt in a small bowl, then pour onto a saucer. Use lemon wedge to moisten rims of 8 martini glasses. Overturn each glass onto saucer and twist to coat rim.
Fill a pitcher with crushed ice. Pour in sour-apple cocktail mix and club soda. Strain into glasses and serve.
