Steps:
- Place strawberries, maple and a squeeze of citrus in a blender. Blend until smooth. If need be, add a splash of water to the bender to get it going. Taste, adding more maple or citrus to taste if you like. You want a nice balance between sweet and tart. The sweeter and riper the strawberries are the less maple or honey you will need.
- Add the ice cubes a little at a time, blending until incorporated, adding more ice to the blender (if you like) to get it really thick and icy. If you've got a good blender, let it go just a bit it longer, it will take on a slightly creamy look. It should be thick enough to mound on a spoon, and not be runny.
- Spoon into one large glass or two smaller glasses. Serve with a spoon. ????

- Bring a large pot of water and sugar to boil. Cool. Stir in daiquiri mix, vodka, orange juice and strawberries. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container, and freeze until mixture is to your desired consistency.

- In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the water by bringing it to a boil over medium-high heat. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
- Combine the sugar water with the pineapple juice, lemonade, orange juice and pureed strawberries in a 6-quart container. Mix in the rum to taste. Put the entire mixture into a large plastic ice cream pail and freeze overnight.
- To make the drinks to order, scoop 1/2 cup of the frozen mixture into an 8 oz glass. Fill the glass with lemon-lime soda and serve with a straw. Keeps well in freezer for up to one month.

- In a large saucepan, bring 7 cups water and sugar to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; cool., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring remaining water to a boil. Remove from the heat; add tea bags. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Discard tea bags. Cool. Transfer sugar and tea mixtures to a 4-qt. freezer container., In a blender, combine the strawberries, cranberry juice and juice concentrates. Cover and process until pureed. - Heat rhubarb and sugar to boiling in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rhubarb is very tender. Stir in strawberries.
