STRAWBERRY MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Puree the fresh strawberries, sugar and lime juice in a blender until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large measuring cup or pitcher. Stir in the tequila and triple sec and refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Just before serving, crush the freeze-dried strawberries in a resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin or heavy skillet. Mix the crushed strawberries with the salt in a small bowl and pour onto a shallow plate. Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of a glass, then dip the rim in the strawberry salt. Fill the glass with ice and pour in the margarita. Garnish with a lime wedge. Repeat to make more margaritas.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

Steps:

• Place strawberries, lemonade concentrate, tequila, and triple sec in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes as needed.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

Steps:

• Combine in a blender, ice, strawberry water, tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec and simple syrup. Puree until smooth. Pour into rocks glasses and serve.

CLASSIC MARGARITA

Steps:

• Moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with lime wedge. If desired, sprinkle salt on a plate; dip rim in salt. Fill glass with ice. In an empty cocktail shaker, combine tequila, Triple Sec and lime juice. Fill with ice; cover and shake until frost forms on the outside of the shaker, 15-20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

CLASSIC FROZEN STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

Steps:

• Blend strawberries, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and 1 teaspoon sugar in blender to combine, about 10 seconds. Add ice cubes; blend on high until the ice is crushed, about 15 seconds.
• Rub lime wedge around the rim of a glass. Spread 1 teaspoon sugar onto a plate. Dip glass rim in sugar to coat. Pour margarita into the glass.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients except lime wedges in a blender, and process until smooth.
• Pour evenly into each of 4 large glasses.
• Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
• Serve immediately.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Place four 8-ounce glasses in freezer. Place strawberries, tequila, limeade concentrate, and triple sec in the jar of a blender. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add ice and blend until liquid is smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

SPICY STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

Steps:

• Dip half of the rim of 4 margarita glasses in the simple syrup, then dip in the coarse salt. Set aside.
• In a blender, combine the ice, halved strawberries, watermelon, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup and Fresno chile. Blend until frothy. Pour into your prepared margarita glasses, garnish each with a thinly sliced strawberry if desired and enjoy immediately!

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA TUNA

Steps:

• In a shallow bowl, add margarita mix, lime juice and garlic. Place steaks in marinade, cover, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
• When ready to prepare fish on broiler pan, remove fish from marinade. Brush marinade on fish and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Broil 4 inches from the heat for five minutes.
• With large spatula, carefully turn fish and brush with rest of marinade and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Broil another four to five minutes or until the fish will flake easily with a fork.
• Discard any remaining marinade and sprinkle fish with strawberries and pretzels, serve.
