BEER PUNCH

Steps:

• In a bowl add the strawberries, blueberries, sugar, grenadine, and lime juice. Stir to dissolve as much sugar as possible. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring a couple of times to agitate and help create juices.
• When ready to serve, divide the mixture among 4 low ball glasses. Pour 6 ounces beer into each glass and give a gentle stir. Drink!

SWEET AND SPICY BEER PUNCH

Steps:

• Dip the rim of a pint glass into a shallow dish of honey, then into a shallow dish of coarse salt. To the glass, add 1 teaspoon each honey and hot water and stir until honey is dissolved. Add orange juice, lime juice, and hot sauce and stir to combine. Fill glass with ice and top off with pale lager. Garnish with a lime slice.

Steps:

• Arrange sweet onions in the bottom of a slow cooker.
• Mix salt, brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until seasonings are well mixed; rub all over pork roast. Place roast in the slow cooker, fat-side up. Brush any leftover seasonings mixture from the work surface into the slow cooker.
• Cook on Low for 1 hour. Pour ginger beer into slow cooker. Continue cooking until roast is tender and pulls apart easily with a fork, 9 to 11 hours.

Steps:

• In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pretzels and nuts.
• In 4-cup microwavable measuring cup, place ale. Microwave uncovered on High 4 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until reduced to 1/4 cup. Stir in brown sugar, butter, chili powder, salt and red pepper. Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
• Microwave uncovered on High 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture just begins to brown. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
