Went to an alphabet pot luck tonight where everyone signed up to bring a dish that started with a particular letter of the alphabet. Of all the dishes (and there were lots of yummy ones), this was my favorite. I decided to name it after my friend's sweet daughter that made it.

Ingredients

1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter (NOT margarine)
1 dash imitation butter flavoring
1 pinch baking soda
18 cups Chex cereal or 18 cups Crispix cereal, and nuts

Steps:

Preheat oven to 250°F.
Melt together Karo syrup, sugar and butter in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Add butter flavoring and baking soda, mix.
Pour over cereal mixture (use whatever quantities of cereal and nuts that you desire to make 18 cups).
Spread on a large, flat cookie sheet and bake at 250°F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and spread Chex mixture on waxed paper, separating cereal pieces. Let cool completely.

1 (12 ounce) package crispy corn and rice cereal
5 ounces slivered almonds
6 ounces toasted, chopped pecans
¾ cup butter
¾ cup dark corn syrup
1 ½ cups light brown sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly grease a large roasting pan.
In a large bowl, mix crispy corn and rice cereal, slivered almonds and toasted, chopped pecans.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and mix with dark corn syrup and light brown sugar. Pour the mixture over the crispy corn and rice cereal mixture. Stir and shake to coat all the nuts and cereal.
Pour the coated mixture into the prepared roasting pan. Stirring approximately every 15 minutes, cook 1 hour in the preheated oven. Cool on wax paper, and store in airtight containers.

Into large microwavable bowl, measure cereal; set aside. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper or foil.
In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave brown sugar, butter and corn syrup uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until melted and smooth. Stir in baking soda until dissolved. Pour caramel mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave on High 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread on cookie sheet. Cool 10 minutes. Break into bite-sized pieces.
Make sure Chex mixture is cool to the touch (so candy doesn't melt.) Evenly sprinkle mini peanut butter cups candy and miniature marshmallows over Chex mixture.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave caramel baking bits and cream uncovered on High about 1 minute or until chips can be stirred smooth. Use a spoon or fork to drizzle over snack. Microwave the milk chocolate baking chips next, starting with 20-seconds and stirring, then at 20 second intervals until the mixture is completely smooth (microwave temps vary, so watch the chocolate and stir frequently until it's of drizzling consistency). Drizzle over the snack mixture. Then microwave the vanilla (white) baking chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth, and drizzle that over the snack mixture. (Note: The vanilla and milk chocolate chips should not need cream added.) Quickly sprinkle coarse salt over all while candy drizzles are still wet.
