- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix the soy sauce and the orange soda in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken, turning to coat evenly. Bake, skin side down, for 30 minutes. Turn and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Let cool and serve.

- Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain well; return to pot. Add sesame oil and toss to coat.
- Heat vegetable oil in heavy large skillet over high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and sauté until no longer pink, about 2 minutes. Add sliced green onions, carrot and crushed red pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender but still bright in color and chicken is cooked through, about 2 minutes longer. Add noodles and teriyaki sauce and toss to blend well.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- Mix flour and yogurt in a bowl; dough will be crumbly. Transfer dough to a lightly-floured work surface. Knead dough until smooth, 5 to 7 minutes, adding more flour if too sticky. Cut dough in half and form into balls.
- Flatten each dough ball with the palm of your hand, stretching and pulling until it is 1/4 inch thick (very thin). You also can roll out the dough with a rolling pin if that's easier for you. Shape the dough into two long ovals.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet, prick using the tines of a fork, and brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 3 minutes. Remove and leave the oven on.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat; add onion slices, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Spread the crusts with the teriyaki sauce leaving a 1/2-inch border all around the edges. Top with the chicken, onions, and mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake until the crusts and toppings are browned to your liking, 9 to 11 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with cilantro. Slice and serve immediately.

- Cut 2-3 slits in each chicken breast to allow marinade to penetrate. Place in ziplock bag with 3 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce. Leave to marinade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Cook the Soba noodles according to the package directions. Drain in colander, then rinse under cold running water.
- Heat greased grill pan on stove over medium-high heat. Place the chicken and cook about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked completely through. Before removing from pan, brush the breasts with the remaining teriyaki sauce, flip and grill for 20-30 seconds to achieve a nice caramelized color. Brush the second side, flip and grill for another 20-30 seconds. Repeat glazing once or twice more to achieve desired color.
- While chicken is cooking on the grill, heat sesame oil in a frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the cooled Soba noodles and stir fry for 1 minute, until they are warmed through. Add in the sesame seeds, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well until everything is combined. Remove from heat.
