TROPICAL BAGEL PIZZAS

Steps:

• In a large resealable plastic bag, combine teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice. Add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes. , Drain and discard marinade; place chicken in a small shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear. Cool completely, then finely chop., Spread bagel halves with pizza sauce. Top with chicken, pineapple, mushrooms, peppers, onions and cheese. Place on a baking sheet; broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

EASY MINI BAGEL PIZZAS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
• Arrange bagels on prepared baking sheet, cut sides up. Spoon a thin layer of pizza sauce over each bagel half and sprinkle with pizza cheese. Place 2 pepperoni slices on each bagel.
• Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and pepperoni is lightly browned, about 6 minutes.

PIZZA BAGELS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
• On a cutting board, arrange the bagel halves cut side-up. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in an even layer over each half, then top each with 1 tablespoon of mozzarella and 1 tablespoon of mini pepperoni.
• Place the bagel halves on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until the cheese has melted, about 8 minutes. Serve immediately.

CHICAGO-STYLE DEEP-DISH PIZZA BAGEL

Steps:

• Position an oven rack in the lower middle position and set the oven to high broil. Line a sheet pan with foil.
• Brush both sides of the bagel halves with the olive oil and place on the lined sheet pan. "Stuff" the sausage crumbles inside the scooped bagel halves, then top each half with about 3 slices of mozzarella. Next, add a full coating of those crushed tomatoes, making sure there is not too much tomato juice. Broil until everything is bubbly and hot, about 5 minutes. Top with basil and serve warm.

EVERYTHING BAGEL BREAKFAST PIZZA

Steps:

• Place a pizza stone or inverted rimmed baking sheet on the lowest rack of the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F.
• Set a cooling rack inside another rimmed baking sheet, spread out the bacon and bake on the stone or baking sheet until cooked and crispy, 20 to 22 minutes. Crumble and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
• Increase the oven temperature to 500 degrees F.
• Dust a piece of parchment lightly with flour. Stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round on the parchment, then transfer the dough on the parchment to a pizza peel or another inverted rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with the Cheddar and bacon. Brush the crust with the butter and sprinkle with the bagel seasoning.
• Slide the pizza on the parchment paper onto the stone or baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted and the crust is almost golden, about 6 minutes. Remove from the oven.
• Using the back of a spoon, make 5 small wells in the cheese and bacon and break an egg into each of the wells. Bake until the eggs are just set, about 5 minutes.
• Garnish the pizza with the chives and serve with hot sauce.
