- Preheat oven to 375°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in the corn, soup, 1/4 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder and pepper., Place 1 cup Tater Tots in a greased 3-cup baking dish. Layer with beef mixture and remaining Tater Tots; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 20-25 minutes.

This combination of hamburger, beans, and bacon over biscuits will bring out the cowboy in anyone. It has become a family favorite. It is so easy to make, and we love to make it when we're camping.

- Cook bacon in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain, and cut into bite size pieces. Set aside. Add hamburger and onion to the skillet, and cook until no longer pink, and the onion is tender. Drain.
- Stir bacon, baked beans and barbeque sauce into the ground beef, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, and place biscuits in a single layer over the top of the mixture. Cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are done. Place two biscuits on each plate, and spoon beans over.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add onion and cook until softened and translucent, about 6 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Add beef and break apart with a spoon; cook until brown. Add taco seasoning and stir to incorporate.
- Add black beans, pinto beans, tomatoes, green chiles, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and hot sauce, stir into meat mixture and allow to cook until the liquid thickens, about 5 minutes. Stir in frozen corn and transfer mixture to a greased 9- x- 13-inch baking dish.
- Line surface of casserole with a single layer of frozen tater tots. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove aluminum foil, sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese over tater tots, and return to oven for 20 more minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- In a large skillet cook the onion, garlic, and beef over medium high head. Cook until meat is no longer pink. until tender and translucent. Drain the mixture and place into a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl combine the soup, milk and sour cream. Whisk until smooth. Add to hamburger mixture and stir to combine. Add corn and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Gently mix to combine.
- Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Layer half of the tater tots on the bottom, pour the hamburger mixture over the top and then layer with the other half of the tater tots. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
