Here's what you need: boiling water, black tea bags, whiskey, fresh peaches, sugar, water, lemon, fresh peach, lemon, fresh mint

Ingredients

8 cups boiling water
7 black tea bags
1 ½ cups whiskey
2 fresh peaches, diced
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 lemon, juiced
1 fresh peach, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
fresh mint

Steps:

In a large pitcher, pour hot water over tea bags letting steep 5 minutes.
Bring syrup ingredients to boil, then reduce heat to medium.
Strain syrup through a fine strainer to remove fruit pieces.
Add syrup and whiskey to tea, then chill until ready to serve.
Serve over ice, with sliced peaches, sliced lemons and a mint sprig.
Enjoy!

A fresh, peachy sweet tea that's perfect for hot summer days. I am definitely NOT a fan of sweet or flavored tea, but I came up with this concoction on accident, and LOVE it. Remember, the amount of alcohol you want to use is up to personal taste. I personally use a little more vodka than peach schnapps. I just like a touch of the peach flavoring.

1 fluid ounce vodka

2 cups Peach Nectar, recipe follows
1 cup bourbon
4 lemon slices, for garnish
4 mint sprigs, for garnish
3 cups frozen peaches, thawed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, optional

Steps:

Stir together the tea, Peach Nectar and bourbon in a pitcher filled with ice. Pour into iced tea glasses filled with ice and garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig.
Combine the peaches, 2 cups water, lemon juice and sugar (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the peach nectar through a fine-mesh strainer. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
