- Preheat oven to 350°. Roll out pastry to fit an 11-in. tart pan with removable bottom; trim edges. Sprinkle with the cranberries, pecans and chips. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, flour and orange zest; pour over chips., Bake 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Serve with whipped cream if desired.

- Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in cranberries, baking chips and pecans., Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Remove from pans to to wire racks to cool.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Roll out the bottom crust and arrange in a 9-inch pie pan. Layer cranberries, pecans and chips in the crust-lined pan. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add brown sugar, syrup, flour, and orange peel and blend well. Pour over cranberry mixture. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is set in center. Cover with spray-coated foil after 25 minutes of baking. Cool completely, approximately 2 hours. If desired, serve with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.

- Blend crust ingredients together. If making small tartlets, divide into 24 small balls. If making large size tarts, divide into 12 balls. Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Press each ball onto bottom and up sides of tart tins and chill until ready to fill.
- Meanwhile, bring orange juice to boil in a small saucepan. Take off heat and add chopped cranberries. Cover and let soak for 15 minutes. Then drain well and blot with paper towel; set aside.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients well, except the pecans, until smooth. Then add the pecans and cranberries. Divide the filling evenly among the tart tins and bake for approximately 35 minutes for the small tarts and 45 minutes for the larger tarts or until the crust is golden brown.

- Mix brown sugar, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, butter, orange zest, orange juice, egg, and brandy together in a bowl.

- In a small bowl combine dried cranberries and brandy. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Drain and reserve 1 tablespoons brandy.
- Preheat oven to 325.Prepare pastry and line a 9 inches pie plate.
- In a medium bowl wisk together butter, sugar,eggs,and salt.
- Stir in walnuts, flour and chopped baking bars until just combined.
- Stir in drained cranberries and 1 tablespoons brandy.
- Spoon into crust lined pie plate.
- Bake for 65 minutes, loosely covering pie with foil the last 30 minutes of baking.
- Cool on rack.
