These rollups are always a HUGE hit with the kids as well as the adults. A creamy, cheesy salsa mixture provides the filling. They are easy to make and may be prepared in advance.

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package dry fiesta-style ranch dressing mix
1 cup chunky salsa
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, fiesta-style ranch dressing mix, chunky salsa and Cheddar cheese. Spread even amounts of the mixture onto the tortillas. Roll tortillas and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
To serve, slice the chilled, rolled tortillas into 3/4 inch slices and arrange on a large serving platter.

Steps:

Lay the ham slices flat on a serving plate and pat dry. Spread with cream cheese. Place a pickle spear at one end of each slice, and roll the slices into cylinders around the spears; secure with toothpicks.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
4 green onions, chopped
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
14 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Steps:

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, and taco seasoning in a bowl until well blended. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Roll each tortilla tightly to create a long tube. Spread more of the cream cheese mixture on the edges of the tortilla to seal. Freeze rolls on a baking sheet for 20 minutes for easier slicing. Cut each roll into 1-inch pieces and thaw before serving.

1 - 8 oz. bar of cream cheese, softened
8 ounce(s) container sour cream
4 ounce(s) chopped black olives
1/2 cup(s) chopped green onions
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounce(s) can chopped green chilies
- garlic powder to taste
- season salt to taste
1 package(s) burrito size flour tortillas

Steps:

Mix sour cream and cream cheese well with a hand mixer.
Add remaining ingredients except for flour tortillas and mix well.
Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla, jelly roll fashion, and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill until firm.
Cut into 1-inch slices and serve with salsa of choice.
