ZESTY CITRUS SNACK MIX
This snack mix combines two of my favorite snacks (pita chips and roasted garbanzo beans) with nuts, pretzels and a flavorful citrus blend. It's great for parties and for taking with you on the go! You could substitute premade pita chips for the pita bread and add them to the recipe with the pretzels. I prefer the homemade, but if you have extra pita chips at home, this still works really well! -Elisabeth Larsen, Pleasant Grove, Utah
