ZOJIRUSHI BREAD MAKER CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE RECIPE - (4/5)

Steps:

• 1 Make sure the kneading blade(s) are properly attached, and add the ingredients to the baking pan in the order listed, except for the chocolate chips. 2 Place the baking pan into the Home Bakery, close the lid and plug the power cord into the outlet. Select the CAKE course. Set the crust setting to MEDIUM for BB-CEC20/BB-PAC20 model and REGULAR for BB-HAC10 model. Press START. 3 When the add beeps sound, open the lid and carefully scrape off any flour that may be left on the side of the pan with a rubber spatula. Please be careful if the kneading blade(s) is moving. 4 Add the chocolate chips, close the lid and continue baking. For the BB-HAC10 and BB-PAC20 models, press START to resume kneading. 5 When baking completes, press CANCEL and remove the baking pan to a cooling rack. 6 When the cake has cooled completely, gently shake the cake out onto a plate. 7 Slice and serve. Steps:

• Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
• Mix the milk and vinegar in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes to sour the milk. Beat in the butter, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in the zucchini. Pour batter into the prepared pan, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
• Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, water, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
• Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool.

Add the chocolate chips at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished. Remove loaf from pan to cool when bake cycle finishes.
