ALMOND DELIGHTS
This simple recipe is made with almonds and pantry staple ingredients. They are so tender and have the perfect buttery crumb. I love these bars!

Steps:
- Grease and flour 9 inch cake pan. Preheat oven to 350.
- Toast almonds on a cookie sheet for 3 - 5 minutes while mixing batter.
- Blend melted butter and sugar, and beat in the eggs. Add extracts. Add salt and flour and mix well. Spread into pan. Sprinkle with almonds and 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixer bowl, blend margarine and sugar until the mixture is grainy.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the egg and almond extract.
- Beat until fluffy. Add ground almonds and flour, and blend until just combined. Do not over-mix.
- Pour sliced almonds onto a plate or work surface.
- Form the dough into one-inch balls and roll them in the sliced almonds, coating each ball thoroughly. Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet, two inches apart.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cookies are slightly brown along the edges. Immediately transfer the cookies to a cool surface.
- When the cookies are cool, drizzle them with melted cookie dip, or dip half of each cookie completely in chocolate.

DOUBLE ALMOND DELIGHTS ( COOKIES )
I want to give a very big thank you to a Chef from here on " ZAAR " , who's recipe inspired me to make up my own recipe. :). The Chef who inspired me wants to remain nameless, so that's the way it will be. If you like almonds as much as I do, you really are going to enjoy this cookie.If you are using whole almonds chop them before measuring. Also if you like a cookie that has a sweet/salty thing going on, use the roasted and salted almonds. To flatten the cookies,use the flat bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.The way that this recipe is written gives me 32 cookies, depending on how big you make yours you might get more or less. The time for each cookie sheet is the time for baking. Please let cookies cool on cookie sheet for 2 to 3 minutes before removing, let finish cooling on wire racks. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift together flour,soda, and cream of tartar, set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together both sugars,shortening, and margarine mixing well.
- Add egg and extract,mix well.
- Then add flour to creamed mixture a little at a time until well blended.

- • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Oil a cookie sheet. • Grind the almonds to a fine meal in the blender. Place in a bowl and set aside. • Blend the tofu and orange juice in the blender. • Cream the almond butter and oil together in a mixing bowl. Stir in the date sugar, almond extract, stevia extract, and grated orange rind. Add the blended tofu (or egg) and mix well. • Stir the almond meal, flour, leavenings, and salt together in a bowl. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Add just enough flour so that the batter stops sticking to the sides of the bowl and forms a ball. Chill the dough for easier handling. • Roll the dough into small balls with your hands and, place on the cookie sheet. Flatten the cookies to about 1/4 inch thick with the palm of your hand. Press 1/2 almond, cut lengthwise, in the center of each cookie. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

CHOCOLATE ALMOND DELIGHT
It could be the 9th wonder of the world - its going to make all those calorie conscious guys n girls also take a plunge! My friends love this creation and so does my family!!! - Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add in egg yolks.
- Whisk egg whites until smooth.
- Fold in sieved flour, ground almonds, egg whites and the melted cooking chocolate.
- Bake in a loaf tin for 350 degrees Fahrenhit or 180 degrees celcius for about 30 minutes.
- For the topping, melt 200g cooking chocolate over hot water and pour onto cake.

- Melt butter in cake pan add brown sugar, flour, coconut, almond mix well and bake in oven 350 degrees 15 -20 minutes till brown stirring a few times. Take out and cool. mix pudding and milk till thick than add cool whip until blended. Pour 1/2 pudding mixture into glass 8x12 dish sprinkle 1/2 almond mixture and then repeat finsih with the almond topping and chill.

- Put almond bark into a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave oven for 90 seconds and stir. Continue to heat in microwave in 15-second intervals until completely melted and smooth, 15 to 60 seconds.

- In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in egg. Add cookie mix; mix well (dough will be sticky). Shape dough into a disk; wrap in plastic.
