ALMOND FLOUR BROWNIES | LOW CARB, GLUTEN FREE, & SUGAR FREE
The BEST Keto Brownies! This Low Carb Brownie Recipe is fudgy, chewy, and so easy to make. All you need is almond flour, and just a few other ingredients to make these no sugar added brownies. Best of all, each keto brownie has just 3g of NET CARBS!

Steps:
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
- Add the butter and low carb chocolate chips to a small bowl and melt them in the microwave until all of the butter dissolves - about 1-2 minutes.
- Whisk the butter and chocolate chips until a chocolate sauce forms.
- When it does, add all of the other ingredients (except the eggs) and combine them with a spatula until crumbly.
- Once a crumbly consistency develops, add and mix 1 egg at a time until you've added/mixed 4 of them.
- Now at this point, line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper and coat it with baking spray.
- Add the batter to the dish, and evenly spread it out with a spatula.
- Bake the brownies for around 25 minutes. You'll know they are done when you can insert a toothpick into the center of the dish, and brownie residue is stuck to it. NOTE* It's always better to slightly undercook the brownies if you want REALLY FUDGY brownies.

- Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a square baking pan for nonstick. I like to use parchment paper that over hangs the pan for easy transferring for cutting up the brownies (as well as easier clean up).
- In a medium bowl, use a fork or a whisk to mix together the gluten free baking flour with the cocoa powder.
- Next, in a mixing bowl, mix together the sugar alternative with the butter. Then mix in the the ingredients from the first bowl until just blended. Mix in the eggs and the vanilla extract. Since there is no gluten in the flour, you do not need to be overly cautious about over-mixing this batter. YAY!
- Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips and the almonds. Allow the batter to sit for five to ten minutes before transferring it to the prepped baking pan and putting it into the oven.

- Melt your butter in the microwave or on top of the stove and allow it to cool in liquid form. Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl, use a fork or a whisk to mix together the almond flour and the baking powder. If you are using an unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt to this bowl.
- Next, in a large mixing bowl, blend together the melted butter and the sugar alternatives. Then stir in the eggs and the vanilla. Next, add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the large mixing bowl. I like to add half of the dry ingredients, stir gently and then add the remaining dry ingredients. Stir until just blended. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake until just browning around the edges, about 30-35 minutes. A toothpick check may give a false negative because of the chocolate chips. If you choose to use this method, check in several spots for more accuracy.
