CAJUN SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE SKILLET RECIPE



Cajun Sausage and Cabbage Skillet Recipe image

Ready in 30 minutes, this easy keto idea is great for busy weeknights!

1 small head of green cabbage (chopped)
3 tablespoons butter or avocado oil
1 pound Andouille sausage (cubed)
2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
1 pound shrimp (precooked and deveined)
2 tablespoons Tony Chachere's Creole Seasonings
5 strips bacon bits (precooked)

Steps:

  • Chop the cabbage and sausage. Set aside.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, cook the cubed Andouille sausage until browned (about 8 minutes).
  • Then add the butter or avocado oil and cabbage.
  • Cook the cabbage until soft.
  • Add the shrimp, garlic, and Tony Chachere's seasoning.
  • Add the precooked bacon.
