Steps:
- Melt butter with oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions; sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low; mix in rosemary and salt. Sauté until onions are golden, about 30 minutes. Season with pepper. Cover and chill up to 3 days. Stir in pine nuts before using.

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onions and sprinkle with salt. Cook and stir for 15 minutes or until moisture from onions has evaporated and onions are completely wilted., Reduce heat to medium-low. Sprinkle vinegar over onions. Cook and stir for 20 minutes or until lightly golden. Stir in brown sugar; cook and stir for 15-20 minutes longer or until onions are a caramel brown color. , If onions begin to stick to skillet, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until onions no longer stick to skillet.

- In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan., Bake at 425° for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onions in oil until softened. Stir in sugar. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook for 30-40 minutes or until deep golden brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in vinegar. , Transfer roasted potatoes to a large bowl; stir in caramelized onions.

Steps:
- Heat 4 teaspoons olive oil over medium-low heat in large skillet. Add yellow onion and cook until soft and golden brown, 20-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, poke the petite potatoes, a few times with the tip of a knife and microwave on high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or until softened. Cool potatoes, then cut into 1/4-inch slices.
- Place 2 pizza pie crusts on a lightly oiled grill heated to medium. Cook for 2 minutes, or until bubbly and rigid. Using tongs, turn crusts over. Divide Fontina cheese, potato slices and sautéed onions over each crust.
- Close lid, and cook until cheese is bubbly and crusts are golden brown, 2-3 minutes. Remove from grill and season with 2 tablespoons finely chopped Rosemary, and salt and pepper. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons olive oil,. Slice each pizza into 6 wedges. Enjoy!

- Directions for crust:.
- Mix yeast and honey or brown sugar in warm water. Sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit 10 minutes until foamy. In large bowl, mix flour and flax seed meal with salt. Add yeast mixture. Mix well. Knead approximately five minutes. Let rise 20-30 minutes. Roll out and place on pizza baking dish. (You can decide if you wish for a deep dish or thin crust pizza). Poke the crust several times with fork several times to avoid bubbling. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes before placing toppings on pizza.
- Directions for pesto;.
- Using a food processor add the basil and nuts and pulse for approximately 30 seconds.
- Add the red pepper and garlic. Mix together.
- Slowly add the olive oil.
- Add the remaining ingredients and pulse together, mixing well.
- Add the pesto to the top of the pizza crust and complete the pizza with the following ingredients.

- In a large skillet add olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook about five minutes. Add salt, pepper and rosemary and cook an additional 15 -20 minutes over low heat stirring frequently until onions take on a brown color.
- Heat oven to 475 degrees F.
- Top pizza dough with onion mixture. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, add cheese and allow to bake in the oven further until cheese browns. Remove from oven and sprinkle arugula over top.
